How to get to the Internet to download the batch file?

Open the services console: click Start, choose Run and execute services.msc .

Look for Plug and play. Double click on it, make sure the startup type is Automatic .
If you are getting a message that the Configuration manager is not running properly ignore it.

If the service is disabled change it to automatic, apply the settings and then
click Start on the properties window.

Now that we made sure that Plug and play is started we have to do the same for 2
more other services: DHCP Client and DNS Client. If all these services were started
successfully you can now go on the Internet.
